About Us

A Papua New Guinea-owned company building safer, more capable workplaces across PNG through practical, audit-ready training and workforce development.

Who we are

Incorporated 2017. DHERST endorsed. PNG-wide.

Since incorporation on 26 July 2017, Instruction CPRPlus+ Limited has built a multidisciplinary service model spanning workplace health and safety, first aid, emergency response, vocational education and workforce development. We are endorsed by the Department of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology (DHERST) as a short-course training provider in Papua New Guinea.

Our operating philosophy is practical and outcome-focused. We contextualise training to the client’s workplace, workforce profile and risk environment — using real scenarios, coached skills practice and evidence-based assessment. The objective is credible competence that can be applied under real operating conditions, not simply course completion.

Director & CEO · Principal Consultant · Lead Trainer

Pius brings more than three decades of professional experience across public health, mining emergency response, workplace safety, vocational education and senior executive leadership. As Director & CEO, Principal Consultant and Lead Trainer, he brings an operational perspective to training and advisory work — with a strong emphasis on practical risk management, adult learning and workforce competence.
